To be considered for residential housing at The Lily Monarch Project, individuals must meet the following general requirements:
Age Requirement

Housing is available to adults 18 years of age and older.

We do not provide residential housing for children or minors.
Housing Need

Applicants should be seeking safe, stable, and supportive residential housing.

We welcome individuals experiencing housing instability, including unhoused individuals, individuals transitioning from incarceration or the justice system, survivors of domestic violence, and individuals in recovery.
Independent Living

Residents must be able to live independently or with the level of support available through our residential program.

Applicants should be able to manage basic daily living activities and follow the expectations of the housing program.
Safe and Supportive Community

Residents must agree to maintain a respectful, safe, and supportive living environment.

The Lily Monarch Project maintains a drug- and alcohol-free environment.

Application & Screening

Step 1: Initial Inquiry

Step 2: Application
Complete the Lily Monarch Project residential housing application. We may request basic documentation, including identification and information related to your current housing situation.
Step 3: Intake & Screening
A member of our team will review your application and discuss your needs, expectations, and ability to live within an independent residential setting. This helps us determine whether our available housing and level of support are appropriate for you.
Step 4: Approval & Residential Agreement
If approved, we will review the available housing options, monthly fees, house rules, community expectations, and resident responsibilities with you. Before moving in, residents must complete and sign the required Residential Agreement and related documentation.
Step 5: Move-In
Once your placement and move-in date are confirmed, our team will provide you with the information you need to prepare for your new home. Our goal is to make the transition into residential living as smooth and welcoming as possible.
Step 6: Ongoing Support
